Can I request a refund?
Booked rentals under $100 can receive a full refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to the pickup date. If the cancellation is for a package over $100 or if less than 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will not be refunded. 
What if I damage or lose an item?
We take deposits on all rental items. If an item needs to be replaced, we will take the replacement cost out of the deposit. 
How long can I rent the items for?
Our equipment can be by the day (24 hours), by 3 days, or by the week. If you're looking for a time period outside of those please contact us. 
What items do you rent?
Chairs, beach umbrellas, towels and more. Check out our "Rentals" tab for a complete list!
Is a deposit required?
Yes! To ensure we can keep supplying quality products, a deposit is required on rentals. As long as the equipment is returned on time and in good condition, your full deposit will be refunded. 
Do you deliver?
Yes! There is a $10 delivery fee for locations within 5 km of Lake Ave, limited availability. 
What payment do you take? 
We currently accept e-transfers or cash. 
What times are the standard day rentals?
10 am to 10 am the next calendar day.
